Cannot fault the service offered by P+. We are a fresh start-up not long gone through the audit process with the help of Dorothy from Provider+ and their audit prep program. I simply cannot recommend them enough for anyone starting out. Our audit was a breeze thanks to Dorothy and the sheer mass of content available on the platform. Our audit report came back with zero non-compliance issues and the feedback on the day from the auditor was that our prep was extremely thorough and will no doubt be reflected in our future endeavours. It’s very comforting knowing that you’re in the hands of a company that just gets it. It’s very rare! I had the privilege to work with Kristian Baraldi, the Member Services Coordinator for Provider Plus. He is an incredibly personable soul that helps support you through the process of beginning a whole new business journey. I was constantly reassured that any questions or concerns I may have would be addressed and followed up with throughout the process. I am very thankful I got to meet with him, for he was generous enough to not only encourage me on my whereabouts in this journey, but reinforce that it is the right one for me.
